Cancellation & Refund Policy

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the request.
  • Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and you will be responsible for paying for all completed milestones.

2.2 Project-Based Services

  • For project-based services (e.g., web development, mobile development), cancellations made before the project commencement will be eligible for a full refund.
  • If the project has already started, refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

2.3 Recurring Services

  • For recurring services (e.g., IT consultancy, cybersecurity), you must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and notify us within 7 days of completion.
  • If the service was not delivered as agreed upon in the contract.
  • If technical issues or errors on our end prevented the completion of the service.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Customized software development once the source code has been delivered.
  • Services already completed or delivered as per the agreed timeline.
  • Third-party costs or expenses incurred during the project (e.g., hosting fees, software licenses).

3.3 Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us via info@equnox.net with the reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Disputes and Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the issue to our customer service team at info@equnox.net. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in a fair manner.
